Its one of things that really peeves me .. by law you have to hand over personal information to government agencies like the DVLA and what do they do with it? Only bloody sell it on to how evers willing to pay.

Off set mortgages can now be combined with Cash ISAs! Thats great .. I get to offset the mortgage but dont lose the tax free allowance.
What an excellent idea. You can carry on putting your money into an Cash ISA so its nice and safe (and tax free if you ever stop the off set mortgage) but paying off your mortgage.
Its nice to see a good idea in the finance industry .. they dont happen that often so I felt compelled to write about it.
Currently looking at Intelligent Finance’s off set mortgage and its Cash ISA compatable.
