Offset Mortgages
Time to remortgage .. looking for another offset. Current mortgage is a good product but the rate is going to go through the roof (7%) once the discounted deal runs out so time to look at the options.
UK Offset Mortgage Products
Intelligent Finance - excellent product .. most flexiable one we’ve found so far .. including the ability to offset cash ISA accounts = excellent idea. But crazily their deals for existing customers is not v. competitive compared to their deals for new customers.
Woolwich - appears to be an excellent product at the best rate if you have a low LTV (Loan To Value percentage .. basically the ratio of how much you need to borrow compared to how much your property is worth). Includes cash ISA offsetting 
First Direct - Good rates (and low application fees) but crucially for me they don’t offer cash ISA offsetting. So close but no cigar.
Nat West - So so product .. not a brilliant rate and importantly can’t offset cash ISAs.
